Improve default parameter values using publicly-accessible datasets

Default parameter values are currently obtained from a variety of sources, sometimes documented and sometimes not. As we work to improve the information on how to do parameter identification, we should consider setting default parameter values based on system identification using (archived) datasets.

A related issue, from a technical software engineering standpoint, is that often biocrnpyler generated species and parameter names tend to be long strings in the SBML file. This would work fine with parameter inference but having shorter names leads to nicer looking inference plots and results. Right now, for example, when I run inference on a biocrnpyler generated model, I manually replace some of these names to be more recognizable/easy to show on plots.
