FormPanel

Sierra 4.6.7 introduces a new FormPanel class that arranges components in a labled grid. For example:

<form-panel padding="8" opaque="true">
    <text-field label="firstName" columns="12"/>
    <text-field label="lastName" columns="12"/>
    <text-field label="streetAddress" columns="24"/>

    ...
</form-panel>

This class supersedes the "alignToGrid" property of ColumnPanel, which is now deprecated and will be dropped in version 4.7.
