Release 0.20.2 is out

[adsharma]

This release has an important optimization (prepared statement + result caching) that didn't get enough testing before release and didn't have a feature gate.

The feature gate has been added now. So if you're discovering new issues not covered by the 2500+ tests, please test with:

CALL enable_cached_prepared_statement='none'

Before filing a report.

There is a release branch now: https://github.com/LadybugDB/ladybug/tree/release_0_20

Please vote on high priority issues/prs you'd like to see in the next 0.20.x release.

main has been opened to other features, high risk prs for the next release.
