--no-binary install fails with 14.3.0

This works:

pip install av==14.3.0

This doesn't:

pip install av==14.3.0 --no-binary av

And here's the output:

Homebrew has hit this bug as well, the sdist was not uploaded for the latest release: https://pypi.org/project/av/14.3.0/#files
