Calling async Python methods

Let's say I want to call a Python method with the following definition:

async def async_double(x):
    return 2 * x

My wrapper is as follows:

  [<Global("async_double")>]
  let async_double (arg: int): Async<int> = nativeOnly

My calling code is follows:

    async {
        printfn "Started"
        let! res = async_double 5
        printfn $"Result: {res}"
        printfn "Finished"
    } |> Async.StartAsTask |> ignore

I'm only receiving "Started" in the console? Any advice?
I also tried adding some error handling (same result):

    async {
        printfn "Started"
        let! res = async_double 5 |> Async.Catch
        match res with
        | Choice1Of2 res ->
            printfn $"Result: {res}"
        | Choice2Of2 ex ->
            printfn $"Error: {ex}"
    } |> Async.StartAsTask |> ignore

Hi, sorry for this late answer. To use Python async you need to use the task builder instead. F# async is specific to F#.
