Print function only printes blank page

What were you trying to do?

Has anyone successfully printed through Native PHP
basic example:
System::print("this is a test");

What happened?

The print command does spool to the printer, but it only prints blank pages no matter what is in there

How to reproduce the bug

System::print("this is a test");
This is on windows

Debug Output

there is no debug output

Which operating systems have you seen this occur on?

I unfortunately gave up on waiting for a response and built my own workaround. I changed my printer driver to raw text and built the print job into a text file and ran shell command to print
Windows: copy lastReciept.txt \\127.0.0.1\
Linux: lp -d lastReciept.txt

Yes, it seems that NativePHP is getting a lot of attention lately, but there are still many bugs, especially around the Windows installer, printing, and other areas. What’s even more frustrating is that when we raise these issues in this repo, the owner responds very slowly and seems rather indifferent. Because of that, we feel discouraged from using it and don’t feel properly supported.

Hey man, it's open source and it's not on "the owner" to solve your problems. If you want issues expedited, you can absolutely ask nicely or financially support the project (ideally both). If neither are an option, then you'll need to wait, preferably patiently
