Hi,
I use PyPhotometry with 2 boards to do bilateral recordings (ie set-ups = 2). However, I have noticed that when you put two exactly the same filenames, the GUI does not warn you about this, and overwrites them, resulting in only one .ppd file. The single .ppd files I have seem distorted. Of course, I should be careful not to put the same name, but I was wondering if you could add a warning if you do so and/or a timestamp of some sort to avoid overwriting files.
