Check to avoid overwriting filenames if set-up > 1

Hi,
I use PyPhotometry with 2 boards to do bilateral recordings (ie set-ups = 2). However, I have noticed that when you put two exactly the same filenames, the GUI does not warn you about this, and overwrites them, resulting in only one .ppd file. The single .ppd files I have seem distorted. Of course, I should be careful not to put the same name, but I was wondering if you could add a warning if you do so and/or a timestamp of some sort to avoid overwriting files.

This is a good idea, thanks for the suggestion. I will implement it for the next release - hopefully in the next month or so. I have created an issue here for the bug: #24
