Unable to deploy from Mac to systemcore

We haven't tried with Windows yet so not sure if this is a Mac-only thing. We only had Macs at our last meeting.

I am a mentor trying to help students get something working with an alpha systemcore. Just flashed it recently.

Just want to deploy a getting started project. Student has a Mac running the alpha 6 downloaded this week. Below is the error, but first some other notes about the situation:

• She can ssh to the systemcore just fine
• The Web Interface works fine
• We did set the team number correctly in both the web interface and in vscode
• She has macOS 15
• The systemcore red light is blinking
• The systemcore display comes and goes on. When it is on, there are no errors. Everything is OK

We have tried going straight to the systemcore with an Ethernet cable and also USB C (is that even allowed? ) Thanks in advance!

Here is the error she gets. I tried it on my Mac also. We both have

Yes she does ! We need to keep 2026 around so we can work on 2026 code for off season comps, learning, ...
