A <br> tag gets inserted at the end of the title field after editing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit a post editing screen (draft or otherwise).
2. Edit the post title
3. Click "Update"
4. Click "Close"
5. Back in the post editor, refresh the page and there's a
   tag at the end of the title field
