Shorted stub Smith chart arcs now sweep from the prior impedance point instead of starting at 0 Ω, with length and flipArc handled before calculateTlineZ. Remove the explanatory dialog, add v2.3 release notes, and relax float precision in impedance tests. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
