Introduce category-driven analysis with dynamic configuration, smart import, and vertical anomaly detection to enable flexible, product-specific quotation analysis.
Previously, the system's analysis logic was fixed, primarily performing horizontal (supplier-to-supplier) price comparisons. This PR introduces a 'category-driven' architecture, allowing users to define product-specific fields and rules. This enables a new 'vertical analysis' mode that checks price rationality against product attributes (e.g., price trends based on numerical values or custom-ordered text fields), significantly enhancing the system's ability to identify unbalanced quotations beyond simple peer comparison.
