The CI was failing because servers were blocking automated URL checks even for valid URLs. Fixed by treating these "alive but blocking" responses as passing, since they confirm the server and URL exists only genuine 404s or connection failures now flag as broken. Should be good enough to detect dead pages but not flag when requests are blocked. Also the |
