Bug Description
English
A green notification badge is displayed on the Settings entry. After opening the Settings page and reviewing the available settings, the badge remains visible and there is no apparent way to dismiss or clear it.
This makes the interface look as though there is still an unread notification or an action that requires attention.
No screenshot is attached because none is available in this report.

“设置”入口上会显示一个绿色通知角标。打开设置页面并查看其中的设置项后，该角标仍然存在，界面中也没有明显的方式可以将其取消或清除。

Expected behavior
English
The badge should disappear after the related notice or setting has been viewed, or PicSharp should provide a clear way to dismiss it. If no action is required, the badge should not remain visible.
