PicSharp can launch automatically at system startup, but its main window is displayed when Windows starts. For users who mainly use folder monitoring for background automatic compression, opening the main window on every startup is unnecessary and interrupts the desktop workflow.

Please add an option such as Start minimized to tray. When enabled:
Windows starts → PicSharp launches automatically → Main window stays hidden → PicSharp runs in the system tray
The user should be able to open the main window later from the system tray icon.
