Description
getCases() supports a configurable firstday, but pipe_infodengue() does not expose it and therefore always uses the default 2018-01-01.
This prevents historical analyses that need notification data before 2018.
Expected
- expose
firstday as an optional argument in pipe_infodengue();
- forward it to
getCases();
- keep
2018-01-01 as the default;
- preserve the current behavior for existing callers.
