- 前端提交前校验输入、错题原答案、跨课程数量/可用性与 Workflow 限制。 - 10 MiB 附件不再被 2 MiB 全局 body limit 提前拒绝；考试计划决策验证会话归属。 - 账户注销清除私有知识；周期清理删除过期附件 BLOB 与 BYOK 密文。 - 向量索引改为暂存后发布、批量事务写入，并禁止修改已激活语料候选。
