PPA Packaging: Build & Test OneStopParallel for x86 and ARM

Request to:

• Create a PPA for OneStopParallel (supporting both x86 and ARM).
• Verify executables shipped via the PPA (installation and runtime tests).
• Test library usage/compatibility: ensure that programs using CMake can successfully find and link against OneStopParallel libraries installed from the PPA.

The OneStopParallel PPA has been successfully set up and is now available for use. The PPA supports both x86 and ARM architectures and is compatible with Ubuntu Jammy (22.04), Focal (20.04), and Noble (24.04).

Users can install OneStopParallel using the following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:onestopparallel/lib
sudo apt update
sudo apt install onestopparallel-tools onestopparallel-dev

Package Components:

• onestopparallel-tools: Contains the tools and executables
• onestopparallel-dev: Contains development files (headers, libraries) for building applications

Verification Status:
✅ Built and tested for both x86 and ARM architectures
✅ Verified installation and runtime functionality
✅ Confirmed CMake compatibility for finding and linking against libraries
✅ Packages available for Jammy, Focal, and Noble Ubuntu releases
