[BUG]: External link for The Foreman

Current Behavior

On the "Howtos" section of the wiki, https://wiki.almalinux.org/Hoto.html there is a dead link to the Foreman.

Expected Behavior

Open an active page or remove the item from the list.

Hi,
I have just opened PR #713 to remove some broken links from the docs/Howto.md page.

However the link to Foreman link actually works for me and appears complete although targeted for EL8, so that has not been removed.
Perhaps there's another reason you can't reach it?
