Implement detailed views of components when zooming on FC maps

Essentially using existing code for providing a zoomed view of features in SVG. There a feature is marked up with details(LAYER_ID, MAX_ZOOM) with a separate SVG file with id LAYER_ID defining the detailed view (past MAX_ZOOM).
