Reviewed 4e47d35: prettier 3.9.6 -> 3.9.8 (devDependency, MIT, not redistributed), with main merged in. The append-only receipt dependabot-2026-09-26-prettier-3-9-8 (successor of wp03-02-r1) admits npm:prettier@3.9.8 from the reviewed package-lock.json and retires 3.9.6. The contract-access package-graph hashes for package.json and package-lock.json were refreshed and the receipt is classified in the provenance inventory. Its four public SHA-256 rows that gitleaks' generic-api-key rule reports are allowlisted exactly, registered in the admission test, and the receipt follows the repository Prettier style. The admission, naming and provenance checks and the admission tests passed locally; every required check passed on this head. Approved.
