Add root CITATION.cff with Nature Chemical Biology publication metadata

This updates repository citation metadata so citation tooling can resolve the published ScreenPro2 paper directly from the repo. It adds a canonical CFF entry for the 2026 Nature Chemical Biology article and DOI.

  • Added CITATION.cff at repository root (CFF 1.2.0).
  • Declared software-level metadata (title, citation message, authors).
  • Added preferred-citation as an article with publication title, author list, journal, year, and DOI.
