Configure CMake to properly test for all libraries

CMake does not test to see if libbass and the discord presence libraries are available. It should do this. Additionally, some define to disable either of these would be nice (at configure time) e.g. -DUSE_BASS -DUSE_DISCORD_RICH_PRESENCE
