…an/lsf new/lsf and resetting it back but the pushd and popd seems to be more coherent with the code in that is why I made this change

Issue: LSF needs symbolic link in the database for it to work. But the symlink is instead created as a file which needs to change.
Change: added a new script that first check if database/app is a symlink if it doesn't we write echo to notify then change the directory to database remove any non symlink app then create one and we move a directory up.
Testing: make your symlink into some none symlink or just remove it, then run source setup.sh. The symlink will be created.
