Attachment actions (upload/delete) should be one transaction

What is your improvement proposal all about?

Currently, every action in edit mode generates a new dataset version regarding the attachments. I recommend that an “Execute” button will be introduced here. Similar to the “Submit” button above in the uploading section.

There was already something like this in BEXIS v2. One version for 2 files uploads as attachments.
