docs: add research on argentum online map editors (Closes #14)

Completes the technical research on Argentum Online map editors and formats for the in-game Construction Mode (part of #2).

What is included in docs/map-editors-ecosystem.md:

• Hypothesis Validation: Confirmed that no other AO project provides an in-game browser-based map editor with draft/published state management.
• Comparative Table: Comparison between ao-org/argentum-online-worldeditor, lambdaclass/argentum, ao-libre/ao-cliente, and OpenAO.
• Model Compatibility: Full 1:1 structural mapping between binary .map layers/flags and OpenAO's meta, terrain, npcs, and specials.
• Official Editor Decisions: Review of 4-layer rasterization, collision bitmaps, and standard triggers 1..6 (especially Trigger 1 roof fading).
• Historic Attempts: Detailed analysis of why TCP-based multi-user editors failed in the past (lack of transactions, race conditions on disk).
• Licensing Audit: Clean-room reverse engineering strategy to import legacy .map files without AGPL contamination.
• Import Recommendation & Parser: Recommendation to support imports, including a clean-room TypeScript parser specification.
