Implement plugin interface checking

• Make TypeName() work anywhere: prevent compiler throwing template instanciation before specialization, use of a dummy class to make the compiler believe the function is already specialized even if it is not
• Implement TypeHash() based on TypeName()
• Use TypeHash()
• Make TypeId() not rely on RTTI
