At a more zoomed out level you don't see the car free section that goes under Scarboro Pond in Franklin Park, but if you zoom in you do see it is fully connected.
Zoomed out this does not look like a connected route:
If you zoom in you can see the route is connected
This should show as a low stress route at any resolution, especially zoomed out as this is a very low stress bike route.
Not sure if it is related a previous issue of miscategorization of some of this route
