fix(docs): lint the whole docs subrepo - #365

- deploy-sites.yml uploads a version, checks its CSP, HSTS, 404 page and TRACE handling on the version's workers.dev URL, then deploys it; the public hostnames are behind Bot Fight Mode, whose challenge page sends a CSP of its own - a Worker that does not exist yet gets one plain deploy first, which also turns on its version URLs
biome.jsonc included ".", which Biome 2 reads as the directory alone, so only one file was checked. Include "**" like www, skip the generated files, relax the same test-only rules as www, and fix what surfaced.
This reverts commit f83f0fe.
check_site_headers.sh runs workerd through wrangler dev; the binary comes from the platform optional dependency, so the install script (a validator and npm download fallback) stays off.

".", which Biome 2 reads as the directory alone, so docs lint checked one file. It now includes"**"like www, skips the generated files, and the issues that surfaced are fixed.
