- `just release-prep <version>` branches from origin/main, bumps every version file with `cz bump` and drafts the CHANGELOG section to rewrite - `just release-publish <version>` drafts the GitHub release from that section once the release PR is merged - release.yml runs when a release is published, checks the tag against the version files, then publishes the images and deploys the sites - prod's Environment accepts release tags, and images-verify expects a release image to come from its tag - remove the release-please workflow job, config and manifest
