Adds HasLiquidationSource() to Source interface. GMX and Aevo return false — runner skips publishing liq_rate/liq_volume for them. New perp_liq_source_available gauge for frontend N/A badge. Fixes YAML methodology docs (dYdX/Paradex/Aevo/GMX all had wrong endpoint descriptions).
