Create a url shortener

There is requirement to share links of different resources, so our url shortner will have link structure as
https://codeshala.org/ key
Where "key" is the short custom key.

Who can create short links:

• Only website admins

There will be 2 types of link that can be created

1. Public ( created by admin, accessible by person having the link)
2. Private - Link with password (created by admin, accessible by person having password of link)
