Changes to Logic

• Changed logic in Faj'ro Temple and So'najiz Temple to be more in line with the open world mod (@Valkhiya, #95).
• Changed chests that block chest key gates so that they once again require the key that opens them (@CodeTriangle, #96).
• Faj'ro 3F: Large Fire Chamber Left no longer requires a silver key in addition to a bronze key (@CodeTriangle, #96).

Changes to Generation

• Circuit Override items are now classified as Useful instead of Progression after notable user feedback (@CodeTriangle, #97).
• Only 3 Faj'ro Key items are shuffled, in accordance with the recent changes to the open world mod (@CodeTriangle, #97).
