gpt 5.6 luna unstable behaviour

I have noticed recently that when in a working process, sometimes gets stuck showing the working message but nothing happens and I have to stopped manually the process by pressin esc and write continue again in the chat window to go on

i have a similar problem with luna. after like 20 steps it stops with a "connection error"
