What happened
Was planning using DeepSeek V4 Flash. I was reading through the plan, when it disappeared , and the agent began working again. I stopped the agent with the stop button. The plan was gone and I was unable to find it. According to the agent:
Hmm, the situation: exit_plan returned "approved: false" with note "The user did not answer in time. Continue with your best judgment. Stay in plan mode."
Not sure why anyone would think its a good idea to timeout the dialog, especially by default without a configuration to turn that off or at the very least a timer to indicate to me that the dialog will close automatically and the agent will continue work.
