Patches brought over as part of the FastTrack merger, and updated to RimWorld 1.1 standards

Notes:

  • Gun stats calculated using the CE:FT Gun Stats spreadsheet
  • All apparel balanced to 1.6/1.8 standards
  • Melee tools standardized as per generic CE weapons, with PatchOps consolidated where reasonable
