feat(docs): use DetailHero for docs.conduction.nl landing - #45

The first cut of the new docs site shipped with a plain inline-styled header + 6 cards. Footer + navbar already used the preset chrome but the body looked nothing like the rest of conduction.nl. Swap the manual header for <DetailHero background="cobalt"> from @conduction/docusaurus-preset/components, with the same primary + secondary CTA pattern used by mydash.conduction.nl. Card grid keeps its 6 sections but each card now leads with a small cobalt hex badge holding a section glyph, matching the design-system card pattern.
