@mainto@ci/frontend-build-gate.Purpose — prove on a genuinely NEW run (not a re-run) that:
quality / Frontend Buildjob appears and runs, andquality / E2E Tests (Playwright)consumes its artifact instead of rebuilding, and stays green.doriath is the verification target because its Playwright job is currently green on
