e2e residual (PR #40): the moduleVersie create modal does not persist; a direct OR API create of the same payload works, and the contactpersoon manifest create works — so it's an isolated create-flow bug in the moduleVersie modal wiring. Found during fleet e2e-verify 2026-06-15.
