V1.4.2, when we crank up the number of event summarization thresholds, the max_character_threshold for LLM providers prevents and truncates part of the event stream, forcing the event stream to collapse to just the early turns and the latest delta turn. All context is lost in between. I remove the max_char_threshold, lower the event summarization thresholds, and make the threshold and tail configurable.
