I noticed recently (maybe due to the latest updates) that now, when a frame show a Boss Debuff, I can no longer clickcast over it.
I need to move my mouse out of the Boss Debuff icon for any clickcast or @mouseOver macro to work, as if now the icon doesn't act as part of the raid/party frame
