docs(connectors): document the GitLab Exclude Archived Projects toggle - #16082

The GitLab asset connector gains an opt-in "Exclude Archived Projects" setting that leaves archived projects out of Discover and Sync. Documents where the toggle lives, what happens to already-mapped projects (flagged MISSING, imported data kept), and what turning it back off does. Description
The GitLab asset connector used to import every project the token can see, archived ones included. It now has an opt-in Exclude Archived Projects setting, which leaves archived projects out of Discover and Sync so auto-mapping does not create anything for them. This PR documents it on the GitLab connector page.
The new "Excluding Archived Projects" section covers:
MISSINGon the next Sync, and its mapping and imported data are kept;MISSINGRecord returns toGOOD, and a never-mapped project reappears asNEW.Documentation-only change: no code, models, settings, or migrations. This came up through a customer support ticket. English only; the translated pages follow the quarterly refresh described in
docs/TRANSLATIONS.md.Test results
hugobuilds the site cleanly, and the new section renders on the GitLab connector page. No unit tests apply to a documentation-only change.
