Here is the v1 for the ALab gaussian splat release.

The documentation for it can be found directly here:
/ALab/tree/main/docs/src/pages/gaussianSplat.md

The usd and ply files for the splats themselves are under extras:
/ALab/tree/main/ALab/extras

This fork hasn't been updated as of the latest lightfield schema commits, it was moved to usdVol.

We will need to update this work to be aligned with the changes there. This will involve running an updated conversion script on the ply files and then replacing the old usdc files.
