Multisig wallet doesn't support weighted signers

[yusuftomilola]

contracts/multisig-wallet/lib.rs appears to treat all signers as equal weight toward the threshold, with no support for weighted voting power per signer.

Hi there,

I can tackle Multisig wallet doesn't support weighted signers. Proposed implementation roadmap:

• Analysis: Inspect current behavior and edge cases in DistinctCodes/AssetsUp
• Core Implementation: Deliver a clean, well-tested implementation for Multisig wallet doesn't support weighted signers following DistinctCodes/AssetsUp conventions.
• Quality Assurance: Validate end-to-end functionality before submitting the PR.

Excited to work on this—please assign to me and I will submit a clean PR shortly!
