This data is from the first 400 people from the trisome project. I also sub-selected only individuals with complete Trisomy 21. In the future, this should be updated. 1) collect everyone new from human Trisome project. 2) classify as complete trisomy via PAR-LOY (see https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-019-1765-3). Also, it currently run on the normalized counts from Deseq. This should be tried on other count methods.
