results: keep dashboard list views on benchmark/index manifests

Guard Dashboard list and aggregate routes from accidental heavy artifact reads. The goal is not to build a new persistent index; use existing benchmark.json and per-run index.jsonl manifests unless measurements show they are insufficient.
