Don't zoom the map on an identify of an ECL or CCCL

Can I have some further clarification on this?

Which identify are you referring to? the identify that happens when the user clicks? The identify that happens when the user finds the feature through the data query panel?

1. do a data query and pick ecl
2. pick a county
   the map will automatically zoom to the extent of the first ecl in the county
3. zoom in real close o somewhere along that ecl
4. Now click on the ecl
   Note how it zooms the map. Can you stop that for ecl's and CCCL's?
   I am OK with it zooming when you pick a county.
