Activate windows on hover setting turning off after restart

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open 'PC'
2. Turn on 'Activate windows on hover' on FancyWM
3. Restart 'PC'
4. See error/Activate windows on hover is disabled again
