[META] low-risk fbuild burn-down: non-VID/PID follow-ups

Goal

Track the low-risk, low-blast-radius fbuild burn-down items selected in the 2026-07-08 triage pass, excluding VID/PID data work.

In scope

• tracking: ignored-test inventory (driven by #839) #880 - ignored-test inventory: refresh the generated inventory and close/update if no policy violations remain.
• fix: gate managed zccache sidecar install and surface blocking status to clients #601 - zccache install/status: verify the current embedded-zccache/status implementation against the issue, then close or split any remaining install-gate follow-up.
• [META] probe-rs + LPC deploy audit: reconcile follow-ups after #1000 #1002 - probe-rs + LPC deploy audit: reconcile closeout after [META] probe-rs + LPC-Link2 LPC deploy roll-up #1000/Install FastLED probe-rs for LPC SWD deploy #1001 and file concrete follow-ups only for proven gaps.
• [META] LPC845-BRK on-hand burn-down: cover the open LPC8xx work end-to-end #586 - LPC845-BRK burn-down: reconcile against [META] probe-rs + LPC deploy audit: reconcile follow-ups after #1000 #1002 and current closed subitems, then close or update stale checklist items.
• Multi-checkout daemon collision: two repos share port 8765, wrong-version daemon serves both (stale flags, dead-endpoint deploys) #940 - daemon collision: take a diagnostics-first slice for version/spawner/cache identity warnings and log output; avoid broad default-port behavior changes here.

Explicitly deferred

• fbuild: design unified namespaced routing for platform/framework/library artifacts driven by platformio.ini [env:*] #574 - broad namespaced routing design; keep out of this low-risk burn-down.
• Proposal: first-class fbuild cache save / restore for toolchains + platforms + framework + zccache sidecar #527 - first-class cache save/restore; larger cache/archive surface, revisit separately.

Excluded VID/PID work

• feat(online-data): ingest per-board VID:PID tables from upstream vendor manifests #722 - completed fbuild v1 ingest; should be closed as stale/completed.
• follow up all known vids needs built in embedding #959 and fbuild port scan misses all PJRC/Teensy (VID 16C0) serial ports + no vendor/product resolution for them #962 - fbuild runtime VID/PID leftovers.
• vendors: ingest upstream PID allocation registries + Arduino-core boards.txt (vendors branch sync) boards#43 - ongoing v2 vendor data parent.

Acceptance

• Each in-scope item is closed, updated with a concrete follow-up, or deliberately punted with a linked issue.
• No broad architecture/cache-format work lands through this meta.
• VID/PID work stays tracked outside this issue.

Pleae validate the bugs / issues against latest. for example the zccache system is now embedded in the soldr build and should be embedded in the fbuild so that builds trampoline against the fbuild daemon zccache embedded. Look at everything else too and validate.

• fix: gate managed zccache sidecar install and surface blocking status to clients #601 closed after verifying the current embedded-zccache / install-status path against the existing merged work.
• [META] probe-rs + LPC deploy audit: reconcile follow-ups after #1000 #1002 closed by Fix probe-rs audit follow-ups #1005, including local LPC845-BRK / COM10 probe-rs SWD deploy validation.
• [META] LPC845-BRK on-hand burn-down: cover the open LPC8xx work end-to-end #586 closed as a stale LPC845 umbrella after reconciling its closed fbuild/FastLED successors, including META: LPC845-BRK AutoResearch bring-up and validation FastLED#3348 hardware closeout.
• Multi-checkout daemon collision: two repos share port 8765, wrong-version daemon serves both (stale flags, dead-endpoint deploys) #940 closed by Warn on daemon identity mismatches #1006 with the diagnostics-first daemon identity warning/logging slice; broad default-port derivation was intentionally left out of this low-risk pass.

Explicit deferrals (#574, #527) remain outside this meta, and VID/PID work stays tracked separately as listed in the issue body.
