fix(serial): accept registry esp32 platform alias

Closes #1126

Accepts both PlatformIO's espressif32 and the published FastLED/boards registry's esp32 spelling when classifying runtime CDC profiles. Adds a fixture regression test for the registry spelling.

Validation:

• soldr cargo fmt --all
• soldr cargo test -p fbuild-serial boards --lib
• soldr cargo clippy -p fbuild-serial --all-targets -- -D warnings
• git diff --check
