Updated public key isn't fetched

User has expired key which was updated to the valid one in EKM, however browser extension still uses expired key.
Need to re-check keys fetching implementation, as extension should check for updated key if existing one is expired.

I was able to reproduce this issue. Keys were fetched after opening FlowCrypt settings -> Public key page
